At eXp Realty EVERY agent is on the same split & commission cap regardless of production, experience or politics. Here’s the breakdown:

$16,000 company cap, then $250 transaction fee

$149 start up fee (includes first month Cloud Brokerage fee)

$40 risk management fee with $500 annual cap (may vary by state)

Hi Friend!
I’m based out of Oahu, Hawaii and after a decade career as a luxury wedding planner, owner of a furniture rental and staging business, owner of a honey company (I’m a beekeeper too!), I made the big pandemic pivot into real estate.
My first year was a daze, but I worked my bum off and was able to help 18 clients buy or sell a home, making six-figures my first year as an agent! Year two I did 26. I’m mid year three and have done 17 as of July 2023 despite a roller coaster year and a much different market.
One of my greatest joys of this business is training and mentoring other agents with true support, accountability, and hope when it can feel overwhelming and like you’re walking in quicksand.
I’ve got an 8 year old, a 3 year old, and a husband with a full time W2 job so I can totally relate between bouncing kids on your hip with a $2m buyer on the phone.
